Did you know that every five years or so paint manufacturers change their colors?
Impressive Windows & Interiors LLC only uses the most up to date hues available. Included with all paint/design consultations are complimentary 8.5" x 11" color swatches of any color Sherwin Williams carries, and up to 8" x 8" swatches of Benjamin Moore colors.
How to choose color...
Many people ask me, "How do you choose a color?" Well, I first need to know how the room(s) are going to be used and what lifestyle the client(s) have. I also need to know how much light it will get throughout the day. Then after I make my color suggestions, I generally apply the 60/30/10 rule in the space. I will choose a color to use in 60% of the room (such as walls), another to cover 30% (such as window coverings, furniture, etc.), and the other 10% to use for accent items throughout the room.
Take note, this is just a general rule and does not apply to all situations and spaces.
