Decorating/Redesign Consultation- Residential- Prices begin at $75 per hour.
Commercial- Prices begin at $100 per hour.

Windows
Window Covering/Custom Drapery Consultations for Residential/Commercial- $75 per hour. This charge is reimbursed with any window covering purchase within 60 days of initial window covering/drapery consultation.
All custom sewing work is completed in-house unless otherwise specified, in our newly added drapery workroom.
Painting
Paint Consultation- Residential- Prices begin at $75 per hour.
Paint Consultation- Commercial- Prices begin at $100 per hour.
Painting- Residential- Prices begin at $30 per hour plus supplies.
Painting- Commercial- Prices begin at $50 per hour plus supplies.
Home Staging
Real Estate Staging Consultation- Prices begin at $250, for two hours.

Mileage
Prices above reflect a drive range of 35 miles each way (70 miles round trip) for all consultations and services, unless otherwise specified. I charge $1.00 per mile beyond that for each trip. No refunds for mileage under those parameters.
Orders placed by clients may be picked up between the hours of 9:00 am and 3:00 pm on weekdays unless other arrangements have been made. Appointments are recommended for all pick-ups. Our delivery charge to your location is $1.00 per mile, unless otherwise negotiated. We are located in Hastings, MN.
